Job Title : Corporate Recruiter (Manufacturing Sector)
Job Overview :
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruiting process for exempt-level positions across various corporate functions and manufacturing sites.
This role requires strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting within a manufacturing environment, with a particular focus on Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing roles.
Key Responsibilities :
Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Consultative Planning : Lead recruitment planning sessions with stakeholders to set expectations, establish timelines, and define the ideal candidate profile.
Sourcing Strategy Development : Create and implement sourcing strategies; establish communication protocols with hiring managers and HR teams.
Requisition Management : Manage 20+ open requisitions across multiple locations, overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Passive Recruitment : Source and evaluate top talent using ATS, CRM tools, online databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Alternative Sourcing : Identify and utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates.
Pipeline Management : Develop tools to manage and track candidates, ensuring measurement of sourcing strategies' effectiveness.
Candidate Qualification : Assess candidates against job requirements using behavioral-based interviewing techniques to evaluate knowledge and cultural fit.
Interview Process Management : Collaborate with hiring managers to form interview teams, develop interview questions, and facilitate debrief sessions for final candidate selection.
Offer Management : Recommend and extend job offers; collaborate with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Compensation Partners to finalize offer details.
Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding.
Compliance : Ensure hiring processes comply with EEO legislation, ADA, veterans' hiring guidelines, and other government regulations.
Team Collaboration : Serve as a key team member, acting as a brand ambassador and contributing to overall talent acquisition goals.
Performance Metrics : Consistently meet performance metrics as defined by the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Market Analysis : Gather and analyze labor market data, competitor hiring trends, and explore new sourcing avenues.
Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting progress to the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting, with in-depth knowledge of HR, marketing, and finance functions within a manufacturing environment.
