Job Description : We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for recent college graduates who are eager to start their careers in sales.
The primary responsibility of this position is to go door-to-door and cold call, engaging with potential clients, and selling our wide range of products.
Responsibilities : - Conduct door-to-door sales visits to schools, churches, and organizations in the Austin area. - Present and demonstrate Austin Print Co.
s product offerings to potential clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. - Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure client needs are met. - Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitors.
Requirements : - Recent college graduate or equivalent experience in sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. - Basic understanding of the printing industry and custom merchandise (preferred but not required).
