Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Drools and IBM ILOG to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining business rule management systems using Java, Drools, and IBM ILOG.
You will collaborate closely with business analysts and other developers to create efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Experience :
5+ years of Java development experience, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.
2+ years of experience working with Drools and / or IBM ILOG JRules (IBM ODM).
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Batch), RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
Experience with version control systems like Git and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented design principles.
Strong knowledge of Drools Rule Engine, including DRL (Drools Rule Language) and decision tables.
Experience with IBM ODM (formerly ILOG JRules) including Rule Studio, Rule Execution Server, and Rule Team Server.
Familiarity with web services (REST / SOAP) and APIs.
Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) and caching mechanisms like Redis.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
