- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and / or Material Science
- 5+ years' experience in a similar field
- Experience in evaluating and testing materials and / or material joining.
- Robot programming skills
- Ability to troubleshoot capital equipment from a mechanical and electrical perspective
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate basic industrial power equipment
