Currently, we have an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our phenomenal team!

Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm
Pay Range : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience
Required Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in HVAC or similar industry (plumbing, construction, electrical, etc.)
- Advanced computer and customer service skills
- Impeccable phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized within a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- 1 year of dispatching experience
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry
- Scheduling experience for HVAC, Plumbers, and / or Electricians
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
