Advanced Compact EW Solutions is looking for experienced Systems Engineers to lead a small team supporting production and sustainment within our defense portfolio.

As a Production Systems Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for the execution of systems activities across the production programs.

We are focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development on schedule and within cost.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and / or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site .

This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams
• Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs
• Proven design, analysis, and communication skills
• Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or related field, and minimum of 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Understanding of programmatic schedule and cost
• Experience working in a production environment
• Experience with rough order of magnitude and basis of estimates
• Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $112420 - $191070. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
