My client, a leading distribution company based out of Nashville, is seeking a Logistics Parts Coordinator to join their team.
Permanent direct hire. Onsite for the first year in Antioch M-F with flexible starting times. This role is hybrid three weeks home each month after a year.
Great work / life balance. Salary is up to $50,000 depending on experience plus bonus.

Overview of the Logistics Parts Coordinator :
- Promptly reacts to and resolves dealer's questions, issues, or concerns.
- Consults with Sales, Service, or administrative staff to answer or advise dealer / customer.
- Uses periodic parts promotion program materials to engage dealers and maximize sales opportunities.
- Receives dealer orders.
- Reviews completed orders for accuracy and detail (quantity, delivery dates, item numbers, special notes).
- Stays informed on parts pricing, parts inventory issues, cross-referencing, domestic parts alternatives, and remanufactured / rebuild options.
- Creates reports and helps develop ideas to continue improving dealer relations.
