HOW A SENIOR INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- The Senior Installation Technician is responsible for installing equipment, systems, and supervises installation and assembly work done by other technicians.
- Independently maintains equipment, systems, and conducts testing and troubleshooting.
- Investigates equipment and system failures, to determine the cause and repair work required.
- Knowledgeable in technical equipment, IT assets and systems within the facilities, and supports the innovation of equipment, systems and controls in the facility.
- Troubleshoots a wide variety of hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues.
- Performs a wide variety of integrity testing and interviews customers to gather information about problems.
- Manages employees engaged in providing information system solutions and technical support in one or more functional areas.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Education : Bachelors in data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science, and minimum 5 years of hands-on IT experience
Preferred Skillset / Experience :
- Experience in the deployment and maintenance of extensive global networks and systems, complemented by a thorough grasp of IC ITE services.
- Demonstrate proficiency in equipment, software, and systems installations; troubleshooting, customer relationship management, change management, risk management, and IT service management.
- Knowledgeable in ICD 503, DCID 6 / 3, DIA-CAP, and NIST standards to ensure robust information assurance and compliance.
- Proficiency in classified IT environments, terminology, Equipment Life Cycles and IT Asset Management is a key asset.
- Possess excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Clearance Level : TS / SCI
Additional :
- ITIL v4 certification desired
- Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph.
The likely salary range for this position is $152,737 - $206,645. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
