We are seeking a reliable and experienced OTRSolo Van Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for safely transporting goods across longdistances ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to variousdestinations.
Key responsibilities include operating andmaintaining the van planning routes adhering to all traffic lawsand regulations and providing excellent customer service duringpickups and deliveries.
The OTR Solo Van Driver will workindependently demonstrating strong organizational andtimemanagement skills to manage schedules and meet deliverydeadlines.
This role requires flexibility as it involves extendedperiods on the road and overnight stays.
Responsibilities :
Safelyoperate a van for longdistance transportation ofgoods.
Plan and followefficient routes to ensure timelydeliveries.
Adhere to alltraffic laws andregulations.
Perform routinevehicle inspections andmaintenance.
Maintainaccurate records of deliveries and vehiclemileage.
Provide excellentcustomer service during pickups anddeliveries.
Communicateeffectively with dispatchers andcustomers.
Manage schedulesand delivery deadlinesindependently.
Qualifications :
Atleast 21 years of age
Atleast 6 months OTR tractor trailer experience in the lastyear
No more than 3 movingviolations in the past 3years
No license suspensionsin the past 3 years
No morethan 2 DOT recordable accidents in the past 3years
No DUI / DWIever
Complete a DOT Physicalat orientation at no charge
