Responsibilities

WHAT YOU DO

You will be the warm and knowledgeable face of Yolan, welcoming guests into the restaurant and preparing them for the exceptional dining experience ahead.

You will provide menus, answer questions and handle any immediate guest requests prior to service. You will seat guests in a way that balances the needs of the service staff while accommodating preferences whenever able.

We enable you with the training and tools to be successful in a supportive, energetic environment.

You are friendly, outgoing, and always make people feel welcome and comfortable. You are happiest when your day is filled with human interaction and providing unforgettable moments for others.

You have a passion for taking care of people, and you love to organize how guests are seated to maximize their experience of outstanding food and beverage.

You are available and eager to work flexible hours including weekends, understanding that the hospitality industry never stops!
