This base pay is calculated from an hourly rate, and night shifts receive an additional $2 / hour differential on top of the base. The role follows a 2 / 2 / 3 shift schedule and includes quarterly performance bonuses and relocation assistance. High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of trade school OR industrial maintenance experience Solid understanding of power transmission, fluid power, and electrical systems Background in metals, aerospace, or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred Comfortable working 12-hour shifts (day / night rotation or fixed shifts available)
