Presence From Innovation (PFI) is a manufacturer and distributor of retail store displays and fixtures. We specialize in creating custom injection-molded single-serve coolers to drive impulse purchases at convenience and grocery stores.

We also design and manufacture a variety of specialized retail racks and fixtures made of plastic, wood, metal, or wire.

Job Summary :

Builds and repairs machine shop tools using machine operations and measuring instruments. Works with blueprints and sketches to create or modify tools, dies, jigs and molds.

Will provide leadership to new product lines and production.

Duties :

• First article of production
• Modify tooling
• Make fixtures for new products
• Build templates for artwork
• Sheet metal Fabrication
• Powder coat booth
• Weld
• Vacuum Form Tools
• Construct assembly lines
• Teach and train new employees on the production processes (includes, tools, drills, rivet guns as needed)
• Supervise group of temporary and full-time employees when constructing manufacturing lines and able to lead them.

Skills / Qualifications :

• Education Required / Preferred : High School diploma
• Experience : 2 5 Years
• Preferred Skills / Qualifications : Weld, Paint, VF, Operate band saws
• Requires a high level of creativity
