Product Analyst V
Remote
This role will be assigned to collaborating with business and product teams to document processes and support the build and development of the Networks ecosystem.
This will manifest itself by assessing current process inventory work with business SMEs and product teams,to ensure current processes have been accounted for in the new environment.
Facilitate process discussions of new / documented processes with key stakeholders.
Work with the Business Program Manager, RTE and Product Managers / Product Owners to ensure proper documentation in respective backlogs and plans.
Build out reporting and metrics framework for tracking business readiness to be able to provide information and insights to leaders.
Effectively manage risks, issues, and dependencies that impact rollout of key processes.
Act as primary point of contact on the process inventory and related activities.
Relentless process improvement mindset. Identify, iterate, and improve processes through
collaboration, monitoring, and feedback collection.
Build processes with a reporting lens. Ensure that data is structured and captured in a way that lends itself to stakeholder self-service and management reporting.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and prioritize key product documentation as needed Monitor the enterprise and functional landscape for shifting requirements impacting work and processes.
Work on special projects related to the strategic roadmap or other key initiatives.

Qualifications / years of experience :
5-7+ years. Healthcare and PBM strongly preferred.
Must Haves :
1. Product Owner / Management. Willing to embed in the business and learn Pharmacy Network Management partners, processes, products, value and vision
2. Strong sense of analytical skills. Proactive follow ups, gather key information, building and adhering to timelines in an agile setting.
3. Process improvement mindset. Look for, support, and drive process improvement opportunities into the processes that you are managing.
Business Analysis and / or Process Analysis type experience in an Agile context.
Technology Requirements :
Sharepoint, MS Tools, MS Teams, Jira, Miro or Visio, Visualization tools like Tableau (nice to have).
