Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant
Hands on business process configuration experience in the Recruiting module
Workday integration experience with Workday Studio
Experience configuring enhancements and supporting incidents for the Recruiting module
Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and supporting the full lifecycle of configurations and integrations
Experience designing, architecting and solutioning HR Workday modules
Experience working with a team of integration developers
Strong knowledge of Business Process, Self-service transactions, Change Job
Custom reporting experience based on business requirements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Workday certification in Recruiting or Talent
