Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to clients, addressing inquiries regarding cabin availability, amenities, pricing, and local attractions.
Ensuring all guest information and preferences are accurately captured and communicated to relevant departments. Deliver exceptional service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the reservation process and guest stay.
Process payments, manage invoicing, and handle any related financial transactions associated with reservations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional services, packages, or amenities to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
Effectively manage and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during a guest’s stay, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes.
Requirements : 18 and coachable Must have a phone (laptop also preferred, but not required) Must have good internet connection.
Must be able to handle working under pressure and meet deadlines consistently. Ability to plan and manage client’s needs with little to no supervision.
Eagerness and capacity to learn Skills : Communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
