As our Sales Specialist, you'll showcase your engaging people skills with our furnished leads, resources and training, to independently and successfully register homeowners in person for our valuable FREE programs - reducing home energy consumption and lowering their monthly utility bills.

By personally highlighting these important benefits for homeowners during your visit, and providing positive and persistent follow up to potential customers, you'll quickly earn additional commissions and bonus incentives while our customers benefit from valuable energy efficiency applications.

Responsibilites :

• Execute effective in-person sales strategies to engage prospective homeowners (leads provided) in pre-qualified territories.
• Persuasively communicate the benefits of energy efficiency and weatherization products available through our free program.
• Coordinate outreach efforts to promote our energy efficiency application.
• Encourage prospective customers to sign up and participate in our energy efficiency program.
• Conduct minor assessments within prospect customers' homes to identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Earn a competitive salary plus commission for your sales efforts.

Qualifications :

• High level of creativity, coordination and persuasive abilities to drive sales success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills on a professional level.
• Strong ability to conduct in-person sales and engage with customers effectively.
• Assist homeowners in registering for program using Ipad / laptop device on site
• Willing to learn and understand the energy efficiency weatherization program guidelines and eligibility requirements - we will train the right candidate!
• Valid and Clean Driver’s License required
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required

Hourly + Commissions

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
