About the Role

Figure is looking for an Onboarding Associate to join our fast-growing team. As a project manager within the Lending Partnerships Sales Team, supporting our HELOC product, you will be assisting with onboarding new lenders onto our Wholesale, Private Label, and LaaS lending platforms and transitioning them through training and into production. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in helping to grow the next generation of consumer financial services products in a high-speed, innovative environment.

Figure's B2B2C offering is a fast-moving vertical that has seen significant growth over the last 18 months. This is a new and growing team with plenty of opportunities to roll up your sleeves and find creative solutions to complex problems.

This role will report to the Onboarding Manager.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the execution of the onboarding process for new lenders including working across product, engineering, legal, finance, Ops, and training for both Figure Wholesale and Private Label / LaaS partners to ensure a seamless process
• Respond to Partner requests in collaboration with the Onboarding Manager and Sales leaders
• Collaborate with training teams to educate stakeholders (admins, loan officers, accounting, compliance, etc)
• Opportunistically promote the Figure product with partners during onboarding to stimulate demand and increase the rate of engagement at launch
• Execute onboarding tasks as defined by the Onboarding Manager and ensure all teams are actively working towards established milestones
• Execute project plans to ensure efficient deployment
• Participate in regular Partner external meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Establish knowledge of the Figure data room and due diligence materials for Partners
