Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Establish rapport with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and present tailored solutions.
Policy Sales : Drive sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques, guiding clients through policy options.
Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough assessments of clients insurance requirements, ensuring the best fit.
Follow-Up : Maintain ongoing communication with leads and existing clients to foster relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Documentation : Accurately complete necessary documentation and processes for policy issuance and claims.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with the agency team to meet collective goals and enhance customer service.
Requirement
Licensing : Must hold an active Texas Property & Casualty License.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Client Focus : A commitment to understanding and addressing the needs of clients.
