Job Site Project Management :
- Effectively oversee, monitor and manage all work progression per construction responsibilities matrix from pre-construction through project close
- Partner with Project Manager to complete projects on time and on budget
- Monitor and / or manage health, safety, and OSHA requirements
- Oversee and manage all project site labor ensuring quality performance
- Utilize metrics and reports to measure success, drive accountability, and identify improvements
- Lead safety, pre-construction, foreman, and team meetings. Maintain robust meeting notes and hold team members accountable to their assigned action items
- Provide consistent updates and maintain accurate documentation to support keeping the Project Manager informed
Relationship Management :
- Identify value added opportunities to meet and / or exceed client and stakeholder goals
- Monitor and ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor and ensure that strong sub-contractor relationships exist
- Identify and pursue opportunities to solicit referrals from and / or through clients and stakeholders
