Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide counseling and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Your role will involve patient care, crisis intervention, patient assessment, motivational interviewing, individual and group counseling, and medical documentation.
This position is based in a clinical setting.
Duties :
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Experience :
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Current licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist
- Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
Job Type : Part-time
Pay : $66,696.77 - $80,323.00 per year
