What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Administer defined contribution and defined benefit plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Interpret plan document provisions and manage participant and plan level accounts for accuracy
- Research errors and reconcile activities within plan and participant accounts, creating client-facing reports
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing recommendations and feedback for operational corrections
- Mentor less experienced analysts and review peers’ work for accuracy in plan administration
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- 3-5 years of experience working with retirement plans
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, math, or accounting preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- ASPPA QKA designation completed or in process is desired
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Experience in the insurance and financial services industry
- Familiarity with IRS / DOL guidelines related to retirement plans
- Previous mentoring experience or leadership roles
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
