We have been retained by our client, a growing Mechanical Contractor in the greater Conroe, TX area, to find a Project Manager .
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of mechanical construction projects.
Duties :
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Ensure all project phases are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project team members.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and change orders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field.
- 2-3 years of project management experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Project Management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
