As a Technical Mortgage Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and facilitating the demonstration and implementation of products and platforms that address mortgage origination challenges and drive client success.
You will collaborate closely with external clients and internal teams, using your expertise to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client requirements.
This role requires a deep understanding of mortgage industry platforms, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A solutions specialist establishes and maintains contact with clients to determine products or platforms that suit client
s needs. As a solutions specialist, you collaborate with the sales team to develop goals and strategies. You need to be knowledgeable of how the software can help the client become more productive and efficient
and respond to client objections. Solutions specialists may also troubleshoot technical problems to keep client operations running smoothly.
Job Requirements :
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, understanding their challenges, objectives, and constraints.
- Develop and propose customized solutions that leverage mortgage products and platforms to satisfy end to end client solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert guidance and advise clients on the most suitable solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to ensure seamless solution delivery and implementation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for additional solutions.
