Assistant Vice President - Broker - Representations & Warranties

Responsibilities

• Partner with & support senior brokers in all facets of deal execution from initial client intake through the transaction's signing / closing.
• Support senior brokers in long-term projects passionate about key critical initiatives.
• Prepare analyses for private equity and corporate clients and insurance carrier meetings, as well as internal team meetings.
• Develop relationships within the TS team and wider Aon, as well as developing trust and confidence with clients as well as carrier partners.

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience :

• Prior Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics Coursework or Internship Experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimal direction.
• Effective presentation, reporting and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to attain a Broker's License in first year of employment.

Education :

BS or equivalent experience required (degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,puter Science or related field preferred)

Pay Transparency Laws :

The salary range for this position (intended for applicants) is $100,000 to $135,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.

The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
