Job Title : Procurement Category Manager - Manufacturing, Real Estate & Facilities
Location : Cordova, TN
Duration : 6 months on Contract
Description :
- Supporting the Real Estate, Facilities and Maintenance Repairs & Operations "RE & MRO Procurement categories
- Responsible for providing Procurement Category input to the Global Category Director in order to inform and deliver Procurement projects
- Manage RFP processes in the "RE & MRO category to deliver successful commercial outcomes
- Accountable for the delivery of "RE & MRO categories targets
- Responsible for the collection of supplier, supply market, category and internal business data and information
- Support the development of Utilities category strategy
- Accountable for identifying key supplier risks within the "RE & MRO Categories and agreeing mitigating activities with the relevant business stakeholders
- Accountable for ensuring that any supplier performance risks and issues are resolved on a timely basis
- Responsible for the development and execution of projects based on the "RE & MRO Category strategies
- Accountable for ensuring the Category projects are executed in a timely basis in line with the targeted goals
- Responsible for leading proactive sourcing for the "RE & MRO Categories
- Accountable for the implementation of consistent KPIs for the "RE & MRO Category
- Accountable for the management of strategic supplier relationships, as agreed in the supplier segmentation process
- Experience level : 7+ years
- Education : Bachelors; degree in Purchasing and Supply Mgmt
- Organizations : CIPS
