Sodexo is seekinga full time float Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care at SSM Health Hospitals in the St. Louis Missouri region.

This will be a hybrid position, requiring some in-hospital days, as well as some virtual work. The selected candidate will primarily be assigned to hospitals in St.

Louis, MO but may also include coverage at other SSM hospitals in the region. The patient population includes both adult & pediatrics.

Mileage reimbursement from St. Louis will be provided.

Position will report to Clinical Nutrition Manager and ideal candidate will :

• provide inpatient nutritional care at SSM hospitals in the St. Louis region for both adults and pediatrics;
• work rotating weekends as assigned;
• perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays; and
• precept dietetic interns.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement :

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1 / 1 / 24 :

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement :

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD / RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.

In some states and / or facilities the RD / RDN credentials is required at the time of hire

Certification / licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and / or facilities state certification / licensure is required at the time of hire
