Your leadership will directly impact patient outcomes staff development and customer satisfaction while driving financial success through strategic planning and budget management.
What Youll Do :
- Provide overall management and leadership for a multidisciplinary rehabilitation program.
- Develop and implement strategies for program growth staff education and quality improvement.
- Resolve operational issues ensuring a seamless and patientfocused experience.
- Monitor and maintain budget compliance identify opportunities for increasing reimbursement and enhance customer satisfaction.

What Youll Bring :
- A Bachelors degree and a relevant license / certification including one or more of the following :
- Occupational Therapist Physical Therapist Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist or SpeechLanguage Pathologist
- A current BLS Basic Life Support certification.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
