Nebraska Owner's Insurance Agency is a leading insurance provider, expanding its operations in Ogallala, Nebraska in tandem with Tom Spahn Insurance.
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Ogallala office.
Position Overview :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our Ogallala branch. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct administrative duties, including appointment scheduling and phone communication.

Qualifications :
- P&C insurance license preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to change.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
