Hours : Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range : $90,000 - $100,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Reports to : CEO
Schedule : Full Time on-site with flexibility to work remotely on an as needed basis
Supervises : Human Resources, Community Engagement Director, Clinic Director, Patient Services Director, Administrative Coordinator
The Role
We need a VP of Operations who’s ready to jump in, solve problems, and keep the organization moving forward even when things get tough.
You’ll be managing healthcare operations, HR systems, and overseeing programmatic work, ensuring that our staff can focus on what matters most : serving women and families in need.
You’ll be stepping into a role where no two days look the same. From overseeing payroll and HR tasks to working closely with directors to solve department-specific challenges, you’ll be managing fast-moving parts that require flexibility, creativity, and a strategic mindset.
The ideal candidate will feel empowered to take ownership, drive results on their own, and confidently lead while making independent decisions.

Qualifications
- Experience leading teams and managing operations, ideally in healthcare or nonprofit settings.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems like AdvancedMD, and a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrates a genuine desire to support families through unintended pregnancies, valuing the well-being of both mother and child and, when possible, the extended family.
- Supports and promotes Claris Health’s mission and core values to help achieve organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nonprofit management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
