Salary : 82000USD to 103000USD annual
Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain actuarial models analyze data and provide insights for pricing and bidding on Medicare Advantage plans.
- Have a solid understanding of Medicare Advantage rules and risk adjustment methods along with strong analytical skills.
- Help develop and implement pricing strategies ensure compliance with regulations and offer insights to improve Medicare Advantage plans.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Actuarial Science Finance or a related field.
- Completed 4 exams for the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
- At least 5 years of healthcare actuarial experience.
- Experience writing SQL queries or using another programming language.
Additional (Preferred but not required) :
- Designation as an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
- Fellow (FSA) or Associate (ASA) status within the Society of Actuaries
- More than 2 years of experience in Medicare bidding
