Are you a CAD guru with a passion for precision and piping? Do you find joy in transforming complex industrial systems into clean, accurate drawings? If so, this could be the role for you!

We're on the hunt for a detail-obsessed CAD Designer to join our Capital Projects team in Naperville. You'll be our go-to person for updating engineering drawings, field-verifying info in the plant, and keeping our engineering records crisp, clean, and compliant.

Responsibilities

• AutoCAD Aficionado : Create and revise drawing files (AutoCAD 2020+), including P&IDs, PFDs, plot plans, and general arrangements.
• Facility Familiarity : Know your way around an industrial plant — from piping to tanks to instrumentation — and accurately represent them on paper.
• Field Sleuthing : Walk down equipment and verify drawings match the real-world setup (we love accuracy).
• Records Rockstar : Help maintain and verify engineering records before PHAs and after MOCs.
• Drawing Dispatcher : Assist with sending / receiving drawings from 3rd-party firms and managing drawing transmittals.
• Detail Detective : Work solo or with the team to solve problems, catch discrepancies, and make sure no pixel is out of place.
• Collaborator Extraordinaire : Work closely with Corporate and Plant functions including Process Engineering, Reliability, and front-line operators.
• Communication Champ : Bring solid verbal and written communication skills to every conversation, email, and markup.
