Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of Human Resources experience in hospitality (lifestyle / luxury).
Entrepreneurial mindset and previous hotel opening experience will set you up for success. This individual will have a proven track record of HR Management at an Executive Committee Member level and must be collaborative, approachable, and visible.
As this position requires exceptional leadership and vision, we're seeking an influential leader who can guide a fantastic team with hands-on mentorship.
Superior communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, are critical, as well as one who's well-versed in critical thinking, culture awareness, and business acumen.
The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to be an effective listener and problem-solver, working with all stakeholders.
It's equally as crucial that the leader in this position operates with a reputation for exemplifying the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and discretion.
The right candidate will furthermore be able (and enjoy) to work in a fast-paced work environment where the decision-making process is quick and expedient.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
