Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Senior Decision Analytics Manager (multiple openings) in Atlanta, GA to
- Lead Third Party Lifecycle process optimization initiatives including enhancement review and initiatives in line with regulatory expectations, emerging risks, and industry leading practices.
- Support TLMP’s next phase of data integration by supporting testing data integration across key risk systems while focusing on enhanced development of Control Testing Data and reporting.
Develop and implement integration process standards, best practices and guidelines to ensure efficient remediation and testing processes are in place throughout the Third-Party Lifecycle.
- Effectively partner with Procurement Teams, Risks and Business Partners to provide insights obtained from testing data and address any process gaps.
- Actively identify, prioritize and pursue opportunities to enhance Visa’s third-party risk management processes and introduce innovative approaches and solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Position reports to the Atlanta, GA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Mathematics or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a data analytics-related occupation.
- Reviewing and providing data for Control Testing and other program projects and initiatives.
- Developing and implementing integration process standards, best practices and guidelines to ensure efficient remediation and testing processes are in place.
- Developing analytical outputs and projection data for Global team capacity projections.
- Developing data pipelines and transforming the data per client’s requirements.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather requirements and extract data for strategic business decisions
Additional Information
Worksite : Atlanta, GA
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership / site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements : This position does not require travel.
Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $125,500.00 to $200,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
