Job Description

Pay : DOE $20-25

Purpose and Scope :

The Solar Laborer follows the instructions set forth by and tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure that quality work is completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities :

Hand digs trenches.
Forms, pours, and finishes concrete.
Installs PVC and HDPE underground conduits.
Loads and unloads trucks.
Hauls, hoists, and stores materials.
Operates a variety of hand and power tools.
Reports back the detailed and accurate list of duties performed.
Restores areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed and straw).
Maintains a clean and safe jobsite, picks up tools, equipment, debris, etc.
Safely and efficiently operates a hydro-vac to dig trenches, foundations, and spot utilities.
Takes responsibility for assigned work outcomes.
All other duties as required.

Required PPE :

Safety toe boots
Safety glasses
Gloves
Hardhat
Safety vest

Skills / Other :

Takes direction well.

Job Competency / Qualifications

Education / Training :

High School graduate or equivalent.
Able to read and understand job site prints.
Familiar with a variety of hand and power tools.
OSHA 10 Certification.
Clean and current Driver's license (MVR check) in the applying State.
