Job Description\n\nJob Description\n\nABOUT US\n\nLV Plastics Surgery is looking for an Aesthetics Registered Nurse to join our team. LV Plastic Surgery is owned by Brian J Parker, MD, a leading plastic surgeon in Las Vegas with over 25 years of experience. We are a complete plastic surgery office that includes injectables, non-invasive procedures and skincare treatments. We are located in the Summerlin area of the Las Vegas Valley.\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\n\nAs an Aesthetics RN, you will work alongside our amazing aesthetics team. We are looking for a self-motivated strong team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. As a member of this team, you will be treating and educating our patients on Lasers, Skincare and other modalities. You should always be focused on cross referring to our aesthetics Nurse Injector and the surgical side for a complete treatment plan for every patient.\n\nWe are looking for someone who is excited about and wants to be a part of the growing aesthetics world.\n\nOur goal is providing the best service to our patients and the best support to our team.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to) : \n\n- Follow the guidance and direction of the Doctor and Aesthetics Coordinator.\n\n- Maintaining exceptional standards of service & following business protocol.\n\n- Developing appropriate treatment plans for patients based on consultations and coordination with Aesthetics Coordinator.\n\n- Ensure patient safety at all times.\n\n- Administer facial treatments, including Fraxel, Ultherapy, Micro-Needling, Venus Freeze, Chemical Peels, Coolsculpting and more.\n\n- Educate patients on treatment plans, aftercare, and overall maintenance.\n\n- Handle charting and clinical documentation of each client.\n\n- Maintain product inventory.\n\n- Building and maintaining a patient portfolio by taking before & after photos.\n\n- Attends staff & marketing meetings.\n\n- Support in cross-promoting other services and / or products.\n\n-Assist Nurse Injector and Physician when needed.\n\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS : \n\n- Licensed RN in the state of Nevada\n\n-Aesthetic Laser Experience\n\nJOB DESCRIPTION : \n\n- Part-Time 2-3 days a week to start (Potential Full Time anticipated)\n\n- Office Hours : Monday - Friday from 9 am PST to 5 pm PST
