The role of Wealth Management Brokerage Client Service Specialist provides candidates with an introduction into the world of Investments Products via the delivery of world class customer service experience in our Contact Center.

Candidates will be part of an integrated Investment Operations workforce and collaborate with departments responsible for opening / maintaining brokerage accounts, performing trades for equity / fixed income / mutual fund clients and assisting clients with money movements.

Candidates will also participate in actions to efficiently carry out day-to-day Operations by assisting internal clients including, but not limited to, Financial Advisors, Sales Assistants, Risk-Management and Compliance.

Primary responsibilities includeField a variety of incoming customer calls with a passion to deliver high quality solutions for our customersIdentify opportunities to help customers grow their assets by connecting them with a Financial Advisor to review their financial needs and goalsGain deeper knowledge and understanding of Wealth Management Investment products (Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Annuities) to handle customer inquiries with increasing complexityQualificationsPositive and customer-focused mindsetAbility to be successful and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environmentStrong listening and problem-solving abilities, persistent enthusiasm when interacting with customersStrong verbal and written communication skillsGoal oriented professionals with an interest Wealth Management and Investment ProductsExceptional time management skillsDetail oriented with a strong sense of urgencyAbility to learn and understand various Computer Based systems Salesforce, Mainframe, etc.
