Well known nonprofit is searching for a Data Analys t for their team. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), this organization strives for excellence in mental health, addiction recovery, and community-based services.
Their goal is to offer affordable, accessible, and holistic-centered care that empowers individuals to reach their full potential and enhance their quality of life.
This role provides strategic analysis and recommendations to programs that will improve the patient experience, lower cost of care, and improve population health outcomes.
This is an integral role which will provide reporting to help shape future programs at the organization.

Responsibilities :
- Assists with creating and standardizing progress and completion reports of operational milestones across the agency programs.
- Collaborates with management to support aligned processes that lower cost of care, improves health outcomes and improves patient experience.
- Facilitates the collaboration of operations, patient experience leaders and process improvement to ensure high quality, low risk patient experiences.
- Responsible for facilitating the development of systems that support population health. Collaborates with Analytics team to develop actionable information for population health management.
- Receives training in basic statistical analysis to assess program implementation and informs program improvements.
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree
- Word processing software; spreadsheet software / advance Excel knowledge internet software and database software
- Healthcare specific analysis experience
