Lead the development and implementation of machine learning and artificial intelligence models within Decision Sciences of Enterprise Data Management at FNBO. About This Role :
- Develop advanced models that use ML / AI algorithms to uncover hidden insights that can be applied to business strategies, including product targeting, credit underwriting, fraud detection, and customer experience.
- Conduct large natural language processing model of large and complex unstructured data to automate existing processes and extract valuable business insights.
- Deploy and automate ML / AI models through APIs or other applications.
- Research on emerging tools, models, and algorithms related to ML / AI models.
- Work with the cross-functional team to identify new opportunities with ML / AI.
- Present the complex analyses to senior management.
- Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA / AML Program.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role :
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience in advanced analytics.
- Must have a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Sciences, or other related fields; Ph.D. preferred.
- Depth of knowledge in leveraging latest big data tools / platforms (i.e. R, Python, C++, JavaScript, deep learning).
- Hands-on experience in processing unstructured data (e.g. text, audio, image) and extracting valuable business insight.
- Acquainted with application integration with cloud-based Database (e.g. Snowflake) and services (e.g. AWS).
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle stress, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Demonstrate the ability to drive meeting agendas and prioritize workloads / projects based on departmental goals.
