Estimator/Pre-Construction Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager position include :

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction estimating, particularly with multi-family projects
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Google Docs, and MS Suite
• Perform detailed and accurate estimates for multi-family, industrial, and commercial projects
• Oversee all pre-construction activities, ensuring successful project setups
• Engage with clients, understand their needs, and support business development efforts
• Collaborate with project teams to align estimates with project requirements
• Maintain strong client relationships to secure new business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• In-office position, 8 AM - 5 PM, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses up to 20% annually. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance (75% paid by employer), PTO, a 401(k) plan with company match, and a quarterly bonus package.
