Recipe For Success :
- Provides leadership to baking operations through coaching and development of front-line Supervisors, leading by example, and driving a culture of safety, inclusion, engagement and accountability.
- Remains accountable for production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, line efficiency, waste and downtime.
- Tracks and reports on production data to evaluate performance against KPIs.
- Drives continuous improvement by ensuring that LEAN tools and 5S are practiced in adherence to Manufacturing Transformation guidelines.
Education and Work Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience including 5 years of experience in food production.
- At least 4 years of experience leading front-line Supervisors.
- Leadership skills with a focus on associate development and accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products and ERP / MRP systems.
- Experience with 5S and LEAN tools highly preferred.
