Our client is a private university focused on medical and health-related science programs and located in Boston, Massachusetts.
The university provides traditional and accelerated programs of study focused on professional education in pharmacy and the health sciences.
For this role, you must be comfortable discussing the details of a student’s bill and conducting necessary outreach in order to ensure students are in good financial standing.

Responsibilities :
- Show superior customer service while being cross-trained to counsel in all areas of financial aid such as filing the FAFSA, applying for student loans, completing the verification process, payment options, payment plans, university charges, and student accounts.
- Provide advice and counsel about available financial aid opportunities, eligibility requirements, the application process, and college resources to students and parents in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Educating prospective, incoming, and returning students and families on the e-bill process, balance resolution, credit balances, and refund eligibility.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with at least 1-year equivalent work experience required.
- Strong communication, organizational / analytical, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team of a highly motivated and experienced individual
