We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Visualizer with a focus on Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with a group of agile professionals to drive the full life cycle of our digital products.
You will mentor junior visualization specialists, lead UI / UX development for new products, and ensure the right talent aligns with project needs.
Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining design standards, coordinating Power BI administration, and conducting thorough evaluations and data verification.
Moreover, active participation in driving innovation and operational efficiencies within the organization is critical.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead data visualization initiatives to deliver high-quality digital projects.
- Align team members with suitable project requirements based on their strengths.
- Manage Power BI administration across organizational nodes.
- Facilitate subject matter reviews and data validation processes.
- Drive innovation and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Data Visualization and Analytics.
- 2+ years specializing in Business Intelligence.
- Proven experience in a high-performing agile delivery model, collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business strategies.
- Consistent track record in mentorship and resource management.
- Proficiency in developing data models, visualizations, reports, and analytical solutions using Power BI, adhering to industry standards.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- A genuine passion for driving innovation and achieving operational excellence.
