Full Charge Bookkeeper (Quickbooks)
We are a growing metal manufacturing company in Ft Myers, FL looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team!
The Position will be responsible for posting transactions to the Quickbooks general ledger and assisting the controller with the preparation of month-end financial statements.
This candidate will perform all or most of the duties related to daily operations and maintaining the general ledger of the company, including filing notice to owner’s, collections notices and lien filings.
This candidate must have a strong accounting / bookkeeping background, A minimum of 2 years’ experience with QuickBooks, and preferably bi-lingual.
You must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, be a multi-tasker and be able to use Excel proficiently.

Specific Responsibilities include :
- Daily entry of transactions to QuickBooks
- Daily collections and review of AR Aging reports
- Preparation of NTO’s to be sent to contractor’s, daily with invoicing, including appropriate follow up and any necessary lien filings
- Oversight and preparation of daily invoicing
- Accounts payable reconciliations and oversight
- Inventory management
- Fleet management and oversight
- Additional reconciliation and oversight as required.
