TWIN CITIES AUTO SALON is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our team. As a PPF Installer, you will be responsible for applying paint protection films to vehicles with precision and care.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in automotive surface preparation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities :
- Precisely apply paint protection films to vehicles according to established procedures and standards.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, waxing, and ensuring proper adhesion for film installation.
- Use cutting-edge tools and equipment to measure, cut, and shape PPF to fit various vehicle models.
- Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PPF installation techniques.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Paint Protection Film Installer or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow precise instructions and work independently.
- Knowledge of different types of PPF materials and their application methods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license from your state of residence.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certification or training in PPF installation is a plus.
- Experience with computer-cutting systems (e.g., XPEL, 3M, SunTek).
- Familiarity with various vehicle makes and models.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
