Job Summary : To assess and meet the needs of the community by communicating information and ideas through educational programs and activities and by involvement in appropriate community organizations and activities.
To increase the level of member understanding and satisfaction regarding his / her electric service and MTE's policies, programs, and activities.
Job Requirements :
- Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Humble, Hungry & People Smart).
- Two-year degree from an accredited college required. Four-year degree, with concentration in business, education, public relations, or non-profit sector is preferred.
- Previous experience in general business, education, public relations, or the non-profit sector is preferred.
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to think creatively, as well as be highly driven and self-motivated.
- Must be available to attend after hours and weekend events, as required.
