Your Role :

MatterHackers is seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Engineer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is a DIY enthusiast and skilled at social media content creation. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases MatterHackers products, including 3D printers, CNC machines, laser engravers, various materials, and more. Youll be promoting these products through your own social media channels, building a vibrant community of makers and DIY enthusiasts. We want you to be your authentic, creative self, fueled by MatterHackers access to top technology and resources.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a creative engineer
• Proficiency with 3D printing, CNC machining, laser engraving, and other DIY or crafting technologies
• Strong presence and following on social media platforms, or working to build one
• Excellent content creation skills, including photography, videography, and editing
• Ability to engage and grow a community of followers
• Passion for making and sharing creative projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Located in Orange County, CA - this role is based in our headquarters in Lake Forest, CA so you can have access to our Lab / Workshop
