As the MEP Superintendent, your primary responsibilities will be to assist to ensure that the project is completed within the established time parameters.
This includes assisting in developing and regularly updating project schedules and all associated project reporting, effective management and leadership of all on-site tradesmen.
Effective communication is required within the project team. You will be responsible for promoting and enforcing a safe work environment and safe work practices for all trade contractors and the overall construction site.

Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Must be proficient in commercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, and electric
- Positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional results
- Plumbing or HVAC red seal, and / or their Gas A or B ticket
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
