Our client, a boutique investment firm located in the Meatpacking District, is looking for a Long-Term Temporary Marketing Assistant to assist their Head of Marketing with administrative tasks.

This role starts ASAP and will go through the end of the year with potential to extend. This role will require someone to be onsite from Monday - Friday. Hours are 10am - 6pm.

Responsibilities :

  • Gather data and pull reports to put into PowerPoint presentations.
  • Bind materials, print brochures, and put together pitchbooks.
  • Communicate with the research team in order to fulfill deadlines and priorities.
  • Maintain the design and structure of the current brochures.
  • Build client requested brochures using listed instructions.
  • Attend client meetings with the Head of Marketing.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed!

Qualifications :

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines.
  • Strong experience with full MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.)
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Marketing experience or exposure is preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Rate :

Up to $30 / hr
