We are seeking a responsible and proactive Field Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve working both in the office and in the field, ensuring smooth operations, consistent communication across projects, and a high standard of customer service.

The ideal candidate will supervise daily job activities, oversee staff and subcontractors, and build strong relationships with property management clients.

Key Responsibilities : Supervise fieldwork, ensuring all projects meet safety, quality, and timeline standards. Serve as a key liaison between the field and office teams, ensuring effective communication and reporting on project progress.

Manage day-to-day field operations, including coordinating resources, labor, materials, and equipment. Write detailed project reports, track job status, and assist with office paperwork.

Ensure all safety protocols are followed on job sites, in compliance with local and federal regulations. Coordinate schedules and ensure deadlines are met across multiple ongoing projects.

Manage budgets, oversee expenses, and assist with financial planning to keep projects within scope. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and property management, addressing any concerns or issues quickly and professionally.

Engage with property management clients, maintaining a professional and confident demeanor to foster long-term relationships.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor job progress and troubleshoot any potential issues on the ground. Be proficient in general office software (e.

g., Microsoft Office Suite) and project management software. Assist with the sales process, pitching services to potential clients, and supporting the proposal and bidding process.

Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards. Provide training, guidance, and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications : Strong communication skills (both written and spoken), including the ability to draft clear reports and emails.

Bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Spanish, to communicate effectively with diverse crews. Outgoing, with the ability to sell and negotiate services confidently and professionally.

Proficiency in computer systems and office tools such as Microsoft Office, and experience with project management software (e.

g., Procore, Buildertrend) is preferred. Experience in construction project management or field supervision (2+ years preferred).

Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations (OSHA certification is a plus). Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring team coordination. Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and conflict resolution.

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM with a 30-minute break. Occasional extended hours may be required depending on project demands.

Compensation : Competitive weekly pay based on experience and qualifications, with flexibility for negotiation if the candidate brings additional skills (e.

g., bilingual skills, certifications in project management or safety protocols, etc.). Additional Notes : Travel between job sites is required, so candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift and move equipment / materials as needed in the field, adhering to safety guidelines. Preference for candidates who have experience working with property management companies and understand the dynamics of maintaining and improving multi-unit residential properties.
