Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee our company's IT infrastructure and ensure its optimal performance, security, and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive the continuous improvement of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Management :

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.

Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems.

Manage and optimize cloud environments.

Microsoft 365 and Azure Management :

Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, ensuring efficient operation and security.

Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of Azure resources and services.

Monitor and manage Azure cost, performance, and security.

Security and Compliance :

Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

Team Leadership :

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Coordinate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and support.

Project Management :

Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.

Vendor Management :

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Oversee vendor performance and service level agreements.

Strategic Planning :

Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Recommend and implement improvements to enhance IT infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.

Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms (Azure).

Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNP).

Experience with IT infrastructure automation and orchestration tools.
